    Max Impact is a great place to train individuals on all fitness levels. The trainers, or coaches as they call themselves, bring boundless energy to every workout and motivate you to do your best, whatever that may be. All they ask is for you show up, be positive , and ready to make yourself a better version of yourself. Frank has truly created a team atmosphere thst reminds me of my years high school and college sports

    Best gym in westchester for a boot camp/ circuit training class! The trainers are so attentive and helpful that it's closer to small group personal training. The price is steep but it's worth it if you want results.

    I LOVE MAX IMPACT!!!! From the first day I stepped in Max impact I knew this place was for me. The trainers are all very professional, fun and motivational. The member are so nice and very supportive and encouraging. I look forward to coming to max for all of my workouts. Highly recommend to anyone looking to try a new workout or looking to get in shape.

At Max Impact Training we blend a mix of cardio, resistance, mobility, and athletic training for people of all fitness levels We offer Semi-private personal training. As well as group training sessions which consist of bootcamp classes, boxing classes, weight training, and “Workout of the Day” sessions.
