Following a sick visit, they always reach out to check on my dog and see how she's doing. Plus, they offer advice for at-home care in lieu of a visit whenever possible. They are kind, clear, responsive, and so helpful. My dog loves to hang out with them, whether not feeling well, getting vaccinated, or getting a checkup. In fact, my husband is even a little jealous of how excited our dog gets when it's time to visit, as she pulls and wags her tail to get inside.“
