I had an excellent experience with our new veterinarian, Dr. Adam Krawczyk. Dr. Krawczyk provided thorough care for my cat Bernie, starting with an individual examination, moving on to the analysis of X-ray images and discussing and prescribing the specific treatments given, such as the antibiotic injection, eye drops, and recommended steroid dosage. I was pleasantly surprised with the personalized touch of receiving follow-up emails and messages from the doctor and his attentive staff, showcasing their genuine concern for my cat's well-being. Dr. Adam Krawczyk really is the BEST in the town! We moved to Westbury almost 6 yrs ago and that’s how long he’s been in care of my senior dogs. Adam is very knowledgeable and provides top notch service. We recently had to put one of our dogs down and Dr Adam and staff made it a beautiful transition. It is one of the most difficult things to go through for my dog lived with us for 14 yrs & 4 mths. They showed empathy and love. We cremated our fur baby and we received her ashes in a week in a beautiful urn wooden box with a beautiful design of a flower tree in a velvet gift bag placed in a nice gift bag.
