My wife and I needed a vintage Disney Mickey Mouse watch repaired and the battery replaced. From our experience with other repair shops ( i.e. Macy’s Watch repair), we were expecting to have to wait like a wk and for it to be some ridiculous amount. NOT HERE! The young man that was there was incredible, to put it simply. The battery was simple but the repair was that one of the jewels on the face, had fallen off. He took the watch and within 10 minutes, had the jewel reseated and glued, and had replaced the battery. All we could do was say wow! Great neighborhood Jeweler, repaired my watch my father had given to me many many years ago also complimented me on my watch and gave me some basic info on my watch that I didn't know about great place great people if you live in town please support your local businesses this place was awesome.....

Was able to remove links and size my Breitling watch while I waited and mind you none of the “big box” , open jewelry stores in the mall were able to do it.....Kay, Zales had no tools to do it and even Tourneau had no time to do while I waited. Good to know this place is here.
