I was given a diagnose from Another eye dr and came to Dr. Schoenbart's office for a second opinion. I was led to believe that there was nothing that could be done for my eye. Now my eye issue will be corrected. Very happy to have found this Doctor.
Dr. Schoenbart is very professional and helpful, as is his whole staff. But it is much more than eye glasses. His thorough exam of my eyes detected high pressure in one eye, which could lead to glaucoma if untreated. As there were no symptoms it could have gone undetected doing damage to my eyes. He has the most up to date equipment and always discusses the results of the tests with me. Finally, all my life I have had trouble putting drops in my eyes. At our last meeting, in about 45 seconds, he taught me an easy and fool proof technique which now enables me to put in the drops. Thank you, Dr. Schoenbart, for giving my 100 year old dad a new lease on life! His telescopic lenses have been life changing. He is now able to watch TV comfortably and can see in the distance so much better. You and your staff are empathetic to the needs of the patients and have been so patient, kind, helpful and good-natured. Thank you!
