“Butterfly Kids Yoga hosted our six year old's birthday party this weekend. We were so impressed! Ali made planning fun and easy. Decorations and invites were provided. The space was beautifully decorated. Anita, the teacher connected with my child and helped her to feel comfortable and ran an engaging and fun class for the party attendees. The kids enjoyed yoga and an eye pillow craft, while the parents had a nice space to relax and chat in during the party. I cannot say enough about what a fabulous experience this party was for our family.“

“Meghan offers life changing Pilates therapy. Imagine being able to solve your physical imbalances and weaknesses BEFORE they put you in rehab or the hospital. My 96 year old grandmother has worked out with her, as well as my 5yo daughter. Meghan is kind, works with your issues, attentive, and worth every penny. I was at the chiropractor 2 times a week. They had no interest in me fixing the things that were weak (the reason I had to keep getting adjustments) Meghan was instrumental in strengthening the parts of my core that were weak so I could stop having to depend on all those adjustments. She is loving and patient, you'd be hard for us to find a better Pilates instructor in the country let alone Rochester. I live in a different state and I take virtual sessions because I have not found anyone better than her. Over 20 years later and she still one of the best people in my life.“

“I met with Linda Demme through the Helping Hands for Healing Hearts program when I was a caregiver. Her massages helped decrease my body pain significantly, which, in turn, helped me get through many otherwise sleepless nights. So pleased to be able to get some relief through massage therapy. Been holding off due to the pandemic, but, looking forward to seeing her again soon. She is a knowledgeable, caring massage therapist and the environment is peaceful and soothing. Highly recommend!“

“The only complainers are people who strictly use the pool or people who hate being around other people. Always a friendly environment, very accommodating staff though the cancellation process can be tricky. Altogether great gym!“
