It was a great experience trying out the classes for free I didn’t feel intimidated trying something brand new to me. I enjoyed the experience however I just don’t think it’s meant for me

The best place that I have ever been to. It is so very addicting, I have never liked working out, until I tried the intro class. The instructor’s are amazing, as well as the rest of the staff.Canal Pilates I just can’t say enough about them, I have never felt better and so look forward to my classes!!

It’s very clean and the classes I have been to have been challenging in different ways. My joints do not hurt doing these exercises. I have lupus and it has been a struggle to workout. This has been a great experience over the past two weeks.
