“We recently had problems with our AC unit, which was installed by Albany Mechanical just over a year ago. The compressor had trouble starting or wouldn’t start at all. Over the course of the next 4 weeks, Albany Mechanical worked to solve the problem. They took a systematic/methodical approach replacing one component at a time to determine root cause. Each component needed some run-time to confirm if it was the root cause of the problem or not. After replacing the contactor relay, the main breaker, and the capacitor, it was ultimately determined to be a failed pressure switch on the coolant line, which was replaced, and the problem was solved. Each step of the way, Albany Mechanical was very quick to respond, conscientious, and listened carefully to my input and observations. Plus, they honored the warrantee to ensure all my costs were covered, at no charge to me. Though it took some time to figure out (that’s how trouble-shooting works), the team did a great job and I’m very pleased with their work and their approach.“

Are furnace went day before Thanksgiving are furnace was the original furnace from 1950's it was a monster we didn't want bother anyone day ofthanksgiving so my husband called day after and they came right out now we are new client and they did that that was awesome!!! So today they replaced the old furnace with a new one this is a two man company they worked all day and did marvelous job!! Job was very neat and professional great attitudes and knew what they were doing price was very reasonable for what they did I came home from work tonight house was warm and that new furnace has more blowing power then are old one plus my granddaughter bed room never felt that warm in a long time! “This review is about the excellent customer service that I received when I stopped by the store today. I was looking for a retro refrigerator that I saw online and couldn't find at my local store. In fact, my local store told me that there were none at any Home Depot stores. I decided to stop by the Latham store anyway. There were 2 display models for sale. Zack helped me with the fridge. He dusted it down and when I realized that the second model looked better (from the front), but was missing the handles, Zack and another employee, got out their tools, took the handles off of one and screwed them on to the other. When we pulled the second one out we realized that it was badly dented in the back. I apologized to Zack for doing all of that work for nothing and he let me know that it wasn't a problem. That is what he was there for. He then proceeded to call around to see if other stores had what I was looking for and he found exactly what I was looking for at another Home Depot. I don't know if Zack, or any of the other employees who helped me today will ever see this but, for everyone else who does, this is how a store should run. This is customer service at it's BEST!
