“I had some hesitation about going with a smaller service company with so many big names in the business locally, but CTC is BBB A+ accredited so I gave them the benefit of the doubt. Cuyler was a pleasure to work with for my heating service. He demonstrated exceptional knowledge, experience and skill. Great customer service; seems like a genuine person. Pricing seemed fair for his time and overhead costs of having a stocked work van and other HVAC technician business related costs. I would have him come back for future HVAC service or installation and would recommend him to others.“

“Cost effective!I needed a 4" gray water drain cleared. --clogged with roots and lint.Having a plumber come is never cheap, but compared to renting the equipment, figuring out how to get the equipment down into basement and back out, while having the assurance that no avoidable damage(big drain snakes in amateur hands can break a lot of stuff) will happen? Very worth it.They (P. god and assistant) were also was friendly and considerate to my under-foot Shih-Tzu, and answered a bunch of various plumbing related questions I had.Terrible of me, but I managed to completely forget their names immediately after introduction. Next time I need to call, I'm going to have to write the names down, as it's worth it to know good tradesmen!Service: Drain cleaning“

A professional service person accurately diagnosed problem with a Samsung refrigerator, offered an interim solution (overnight manual defrost), then came back with parts a week or so later and completed repair. “This review is about the excellent customer service that I received when I stopped by the store today. I was looking for a retro refrigerator that I saw online and couldn't find at my local store. In fact, my local store told me that there were none at any Home Depot stores. I decided to stop by the Latham store anyway. There were 2 display models for sale. Zack helped me with the fridge. He dusted it down and when I realized that the second model looked better (from the front), but was missing the handles, Zack and another employee, got out their tools, took the handles off of one and screwed them on to the other. When we pulled the second one out we realized that it was badly dented in the back. I apologized to Zack for doing all of that work for nothing and he let me know that it wasn't a problem. That is what he was there for. He then proceeded to call around to see if other stores had what I was looking for and he found exactly what I was looking for at another Home Depot. I don't know if Zack, or any of the other employees who helped me today will ever see this but, for everyone else who does, this is how a store should run. This is customer service at it's BEST! Thank you“

“I've been a Main-Care Energy customer for around 10 years, and have a service contract. I wouldn't consider working with anyone else. Throughout the years, all of their people have been helpful, cordial--and careful to keep doors closed so the cats don't get out. When I call, help is on the way 24-7.This past week I had a nasty and stubborn problem with my furnace. Their techs didn't give up, returning and working to resolve it when the trouble re-emerged. In the end, a supervisor (Sean K) took over the case. Looks like all is well now. And Sean told me to expect a call to schedule a follow up visit in a week or so to double check that all continues well. Many thanks to Emanuel C., Ethan T., and Sean K. --and all of their colleagues who gave phone support!“

He also dropped off several space heaters for us to use while we waited a few days for the new unit and parts to come in. Tom and Brian and Josh installed the new boiler this week and we are very pleased. All three were professional, courteous, and helpful, answering any and all questions we had.
