“Very POSITIVE Experience with Dr Ferber & his Wonderful Caring Pleasant Staff. As a rescue, I am in & out of vets offices all the time.
This place gets a BIG Thumbs Up ?? Thank You“
“This staff is patient and empathetic to pets and guardians alike. I came in from Manhattan due to the high prices for dental work in my boy's regular clinic - at Baldwin Animal Clinic I got stellar care for a fraction of the price. The clinic is so convenient to the LIRR that I'm thinking of making it my boy's permanent vet home.“
“found Farmingdale Dog and Cat Clinic to be very professional the vet and staff were great easy to talk to they explained everything and asked me at the end if i had any questions. i recommend this place you will be pleased with their service ***** 5 stars“
“We have been bringing our dog since she was a puppy and now our new cat to Dr Rana as well. We originally went to a cat specialist vet for our new pet but didn’t love the experience so decided to bring her to Dr Rana as well! we trust his opinion and his staff is really friendly and responsive when we call with any questions.“
“I really like taking my cat to this vet! The staff are all really gentle and kind, the doctor is very knowledgeable. Its my preference for my vet to be a cat owner themself, so I appreciate that there is a cat guy in this office! I never leave feeling like I was spoken down to or not listened to about my worries like I did when I was first trying to find a good fit with other offices. :)“
“As a local veterinarian, I can tell you that Dr. Blauvelt sincerely cares about his patients and does his best to provide the best care possible, for both the patient and the owner. He is a warm, caring veterinarian who goes above and beyond for his clients. When you see reviews that he is in it for the $ - these people are sorely mistaken. Vet care is expensive. Overhead is extremely costly for vet practices. Dr. Blauvelt doesn't charge more than other practices in the area, in fact his costs are quite reasonable. Have you ever seen explanations of benefits from insurance companies? Medical care is super expensive, but people do not realize because of health insurance. Dr. Blauvelt is wonderful and your pet would be lucky to have him as their vet.“
“The most caring veterinarians on the planet! I am so grateful . Dr Sparicino ,Dr Schroll and Dr Holly have been our vets for years. Such a wonderful family business!“
“I have been coming to Huntington Animal Hospital for over 10 years, back when Dr. Kramer owned it. I was hesitant to stay when he left but I am so glad I did.
Dr. Miglorino is an exceptional vet. She makes my furbabies feel so comfortable and loved that they look forward to going each visit.
Alesha at the front desk is a blessing and always finds a way to get you in for an appointment to make sure your pups are taken care of.
Dr. Paoloni just did surgery on one of my pups and I am beyond pleased with the care during and after surgery to get him back to good health.
Glenn, Kristal and the entire rest of the staff are super friendly, answer all of my questions and are each very helpful in taking care of my pups.
If you are looking for a new vet, I highly recommend checking out Huntington Animal Hospital. You will quickly become part of their family.“
“I was so pleased that I could get a same day appointment for my feral cat who needed help. The vet tech was able to handle and pet him (to my surprise) and I felt confidant in their care. We will be going back.“
“I have been using Bellmore Vet for just about 11 years. This is the best Vet service I have ever had. Dr. Kevin and his team are excellent. I like the fact that he is not an alarmist and always has answers as to how to approach an issue I may be having with my Dog. Nice girls at the front desk and good tech assistants. Parking in the front in limited but there’s a public lot right in the back.“
“I’ve had a fantastic experience at this vet! The facility is well-organized and maintained. All the doctors are great, especially Dr. Waters, who is fear-free certified. She is outstanding and always takes the time to explain everything clearly. She has worked wonders with my more aggressive cat, and now he’s much more relaxed during visits. Highly recommend!“
“We love Dr. Ting for acupuncture for our French Bulldog! Our Frenchie is always excited to come in and the staff are all so nice! Dr. Ting is amazing and we have seen significant improvements with IVDD flare-ups since starting acupuncture.“
“Nice staff fit me in day before July 4th to check if dog had an embedded tick.Very experienced Vetinarian Dr. Deutsch he's helping my chihuahua Benny get to bottom of his hacking cough feel like My dogs issues being addressed so far.“
“Phenomenal care! From the two receptionists that are kind and caring, to the vet techs that seem to love their job and the pets, our new rescue pup with a complicated history is getting the best care. And there are no words to describe Dr. Jackie- a fierce advocate for her four-legged patients. She calls to check on our pup, consults for recommendations, and has just been a calming presence while figuring out an accurate diagnosis and treatment plan. Highly recommend!“
“I took my dog Benny here for PT and acupuncture every Monday for nearly 2 years. Without the help of Victoria and Riley in PT and Dr. Donato who did his acupuncture, Benny would not have been able to continue living a comfortable life. Benny has multiple issues, arthritis, disc issues, ACL and joint issues. You could truly see a difference in his day to day comfort due to these wonderful folks. Benny was genuinely excited to go here each week which speaks to the kind of care they provide. I highly recommend them for anyone considering these treatment options. Even the front office staff is amazing. Thanks to all at GCCVC, Benny and I will truly miss you.“
“Very compassionate staff here. Our cat got hit by a car. They gave good opinions for her. So I would definitely recommend this place.“
“Our family’s dogs over the years have been patients of Massapequa Hospital for Animals for decades. Dr. Pacchiano & her staff are a team of professional, knowledgeable, compassionate, kind & efficient people. They are always there from routine care & questions to emergencies & serious issues. We are beyond grateful to be able to count on them for anything our pets ever need.“
“Worker for these guys for five years. I spent many nights in that emergency room taking care of emergencies. They'll do the right thing by your pet“
“We were visiting from out of town when my dog had an issue with his eye and was very uncomfortable. They got me in on the same day. They were so compassionate and helpful, and Dr. Mazolla answered all my questions and was very knowledgeable. Thank you so much!“
“Staff extremely caring. They always take excellent care of my pets when I bring them in.“
“I cannot recommend Dr Hardoon enough! The whole staff is so caring, understanding, and my dog had a wonderful surgical outcome thanks to their care. I came to Williston Park for an alternative spay with a preventative gastropexy and xrays of her joints. Dr Hardoon is one of the only vets on LI that is experienced in the OSS procedure and can do OFA positioned xrays. She was very supportive of my request for an ovary sparing spay and was happy to answer all my questions since this would be my first time with a dog having this procedure. I was offered many different surgical approaches, their cost/ benefit analysis, and I was allowed to make the ultimate decision. We elected to remove her uterus, her cervix, and one of her ovaries. We left her left ovary to preserve her reproductive hormones, but that ovary was chosen since it is easier to find if she should ever need it removed in her future. Dr Hardoon went over her personal experience with this procedure in terms of long term health of large breed dogs, as well as what published research was showing. I felt well educated and happy with my choice after our initial consult. She even went so far as to warn me what the post op experience would be like so I could prepare my house for my dog's 2 week rest. I was so happy to be at an office that supported my desire for the procedure, as well as their full support of me feeding my dogs raw. When I came in for the procedure the entire office was so welcoming. They sprayed calming pheromones to help my dog relax, played relaxing music, and gave us a room for the initial sedatives to take effect before taking my dog to the back. I was so impressed with the care they took to ensure my dog went under anesthesia with the least stress possible. After I left the staff was great with communication. They knew I had traveled for the surgery so they made sure to tell me how long it would take and where I could wait peacefully. When my dog was out of surgery Dr Hardoon called me personally to give me a brief on how the surgery went and when I could anticipate her being awake. The team knew my dog was large and I would not be able to carry her to my car, so they held her for me until she was awake enough to walk. I was very happy with the pain control offered by Dr Hardoon, which is a very important component for me personally. My dog received laser and acupuncture before going home and the staff made sure to provide me with both holistic and traditional pain meds for her. My GSD had a lot done during this surgery, so I expected discomfort. I was blown away that she was back to her normal self the very next day. As a veterinary assistant I know how much care and skill it takes during surgery to make this post op so smooth and I am extremely grateful. Despite the need for a very large incision to reach both the cervix and the stomach she healed very well. The incision looked great and was fully healed in 7 days without the need for antibiotics. I am always nervous entrusting my dogs to a new vet but I will absolutely be back in the future after such a positive first experience. If you are looking for a vet that believes in both alternative and traditional medicine, and caters a medical plan to include both, Dr Hardoon is great!“
“They say first impressions are everything. South Shore Animal Hospital has gained my trust. I am a new dog owner with a currently 6 month old Black Lab Mix named Luke. I had been looking to get established with a Vet and had been doing some research. But when Luke had some issues that needed attention I started frantically calling places to be met with a lot of rudeness and no availability. I found South Shore and booked an appointment online for the soonest available which was 3 days later. I called up and explained the situation and they were happy to squeeze me in the same day on a Saturday. Now I can’t say if I got lucky or if they did me a favor but I appreciated them getting in a new customer same day on a Saturday. The Staff were kind and were patient with Luke as he is still a puppy and made him feel comfortable at his first visit. Their pricing seems reasonable although I did not need anything major but the exam fee seemed okay. They answered all my questions as a new dog owner would have. I’m glad I found them and will consider bringing in our cat Pumpkin in as well as needed. Thank you South Shore Animal Hospital. We will see you again“
