Their online system sends you a text to confirm the service appointment and another text letting you know exactly when the tech will arrive. And they arrive on time!

Jonathan installed a new toilet and replaced the faucets on two sinks. Jacob snaked clean our slow drains. Everything done with care and confidence.

We all know how difficult it is to find a good service company. MJ Plumbing is exceptional. And that’s a rare find these days!

This is an additional review. We needed help with a leaking toliet. This is the second time we have called MJ Plumbing to fix a problem. Their service is always first rate. Jacob arrived on time (This company will text you a reminder of the date and time several days in advance and then as the rep arrives) Jacob diagnosed the problem, fully explained the solution and gave us a written estimate. He is friendly, courteous and really knows his stuff. We highly recommend MJ Plumbing.

“I contacted Liberty Drain through a recommendation from someone who had used them for a drain assessment solution. TJ from Liberty arrived on time and we consulted a bit and then he went right to work! TJ went through all of my gutter leader drains to ensure there were no blockages. These drains were all buried under ground. He sent cameras in to search for blockages and also to let me know where the drains are actually flowing to! Everyone needs to do this if they are a homeowner or a new homeowner to ensure that water will not back up into your house! Thankfully, everything was all clear as this was a proactive visit and TJ explained where all of my roof and house perimeter water flows to! If you have septic, sewer drains, or clogged drains call TJ he is the man who will solve your problem or keep you from having any water back up problem! “WONDERFUL PEOPLE! WONDERFUL SERVICE! I have a unique plumbing situation in my Manhattan apartment. My water system is separate from the building I live in. I have struggled for years to find a company that will work on my water system at all-let alone do competent work. My Super found Sideris Plumbing for me after a different plumbing company, a company who installed a pressure pump for me only 3 years earlier, refused to service that same pump! I called and Kimona (who I assume is the office manager) promptly returned my call for service and she was professional and pleasant and kind! Kimona arranged for John to come out and fix ALL my water problems. I had a real mess on my hands. By the time everything was fixed, I met 4 different guys. ALL friendly and ALL professional. And my water pressure and hot water has never been better. I really had no idea that I had been living with poor water pressure and poorly working hot water. Kimona did a wonderful job of both communicating when the guys would arrive to work on the water system and the cost of parts and labor. “Joe and his team are very efficient and I have zero complaints. His team installed new condenser and air handlers for my home. 2.5 ton and a 3 ton unit. Also worked with the plumber to install a tankless hot water system to provide hydro heat for my home. After shopping the project Maselli HVAC was a great value for what needed to be done. If you live in white plains or westchester Joe and his team will deliver and get you where you wanna be without any issues.“

“This business is amazing!When I first spoke to Ayshu and Gwen about the leaky outside faucet at the house I grew up in, but now rented in White Plains, they were very understanding of my concerns.I had received an outrageous estimate from another local company that my parents had used for years. The other plumber deemed a valve shut-off was necessary by the City of White Plains, and an excavation by one of their associate construction companies was required. The estimate was over $5000!My parents were school teachers in White Plains. My father worked with plumbers in the summer when school was out of session, and he cleaned furnaces.
