Their service is always first rate. Jacob arrived on time (This company will text you a reminder of the date and time several days in advance and then as the rep arrives) Jacob diagnosed the problem, fully explained the solution and gave us a written estimate. “WONDERFUL PEOPLE! WONDERFUL SERVICE! I have a unique plumbing situation in my Manhattan apartment. My water system is separate from the building I live in. I have struggled for years to find a company that will work on my water system at all-let alone do competent work. My Super found Sideris Plumbing for me after a different plumbing company, a company who installed a pressure pump for me only 3 years earlier, refused to service that same pump! I called and Kimona (who I assume is the office manager) promptly returned my call for service and she was professional and pleasant and kind! Kimona arranged for John to come out and fix ALL my water problems. I had a real mess on my hands. By the time everything was fixed, I met 4 different guys. ALL friendly and ALL professional. And my water pressure and hot water has never been better. I really had no idea that I had been living with poor water pressure and poorly working hot water. It was a complicated job and they did amazing work in miserably hot conditions. Kimona did a wonderful job of both communicating when the guys would arrive to work on the water system and the cost of parts and labor. I have never been happier with a company hired to work on my apartment. I would give them 6 stars if I could.“

“Joe and his team are very efficient and I have zero complaints. His team installed new condenser and air handlers for my home. 2.5 ton and a 3 ton unit. Also worked with the plumber to install a tankless hot water system to provide hydro heat for my home. After shopping the project Maselli HVAC was a great value for what needed to be done. If you live in white plains or westchester Joe and his team will deliver and get you where you wanna be without any issues.“

“Preferred to use a local business with a good track record. Unexpectedly fast service in spite of a coming heat wave. Installation both inside the house and outside was exceptional. The team treated my house as if it was theirs, even protecting my floors. There is no sloppy spider web of cables or casings, just clean straight lines. Consideration was given to ease of possible maintenance in the future as well as appearance. Cleanup outside and inside was unexpected - haven’t met many workmen who cleanup like that. The crew was polite and considerate. We’re very happy with the units installed. And the price was competitive.“

“This business is amazing!When I first spoke to Ayshu and Gwen about the leaky outside faucet at the house I grew up in, but now rented in White Plains, they were very understanding of my concerns.I had received an outrageous estimate from another local company that my parents had used for years. The other plumber deemed a valve shut-off was necessary by the City of White Plains, and an excavation by one of their associate construction companies was required. The estimate was over $5000!My parents were school teachers in White Plains. My father worked with plumbers in the summer when school was out of session, and he cleaned furnaces. He built this house in 1963. I explained that we also had a dripping faucet in that same shower, and I had determined it needed a new part.
