“This place was amazing! They were very well organized, staff was extremely professional, facility was very clean, and the nurse I interacted with, FNP Chase was very caring and welcoming. She explained everything to me in a manner that was easy to understand and answered all and any questions I had. When it came time to draw blood she did it quickly and I didn’t even feel the needle! I truly hate needles but she made this experience so painless that next I go to this location I pray she is there as she is very gentle, and truly cares for each person she interacts with. “Positive eexperience at the City MD located in Jamaica, Queens to get my medical issue resolved immediately. An option than waiting hours at the emergency hospital. This was on a Sunday when there are no doctor offices opened and I got there before closing time at 8pm.“

“Went to this facility today to get bloodwork for my 18 month old son done. His pediatrician said they were great, so I gave it a try. They were unbelievable! They were very friendly and efficient in knowing exactly how to get a very unhappy toddlers blood drawn AND made me feel at ease. I didn't feel nervous or judged that he was screaming. “Most recently visited this office in Glen Oaks again and had the honor of meeting the PA Christopher who kind and thorough. Christopher went above and beyond what he needed to do to assist me in my medical care! It was my 1st time meeting the Physician Assistant Christopher but I can tell you he sent a follow up message via mychart and is an absolute asset to the Optum Urgent Care. I’m happy he is there. “The doctors are amazing. They listened to my symptoms and prescribed the correct medication and because the pharmacy was closed, they provided me with information to find a 24 hr pharmacy.“

“Very friendly staff I was in and out in less than 30 min granted it was wed afternoon. Very informative and reassuring and respectful and will gladly come back for minor issues. I went in for a very large burn blister and wanted it slightly drained but was told its all or nothing and opted for no draining, just cleaned and protect it with ointment and wrapped it up.“
