I went to AG Urgent Care in Jamaica on Saturday 14 Oct 2023 feeling quite unwell - aches and pains, shivers and shakes and also quite severe back and shoulder pain. I was seen by Latoya Betton who listened to my chest, took vitals and said I had the flu and prescribed anti virals. What she didn't do was tap on my chest which would have revealed that I actually had pneumonia. I also question how she could have listened to my chest and not heard pneumonia given by that stage I actually had quite severe pneumonia. The severe back pain should also have led her to contemplate this and to order a chest Xray - but she didn't order that. She also said my temperature was normal...read full review

I went in at 8:40 pm and they have online that they close 10 . There was a 5 people only ahead to get checked out however I do Not know why the other people wanted to be there but I needed a pcr test for my job. the receptionist says we can't take you because we have these 5 people . I asked why does it says it closes at 10 pm ? She said it does but they want to go home . That is not my problem she. You promote closing on your website . I felt prejudice and discrimination from the Caucasian and Hispanic staff .

I'm so happy the day I came to urgent care and meet dr janet Wright. I was broken lost crying day buy day .she reach out to caseworker.. refer me to doctors so I can get help .I was into a nasty . Marriage where I was verbally physically mentally abused.i cry daily.
