“I have been working with this business and its sister branch of ServiceMaster by Integrity in Amsterdam (under the same ownership) for a year now, and I can't say enough good things about them. This company came highly recommended by my home insurance claim adjuster after I had a catastrophic amount of water damage and subsequent mold to my home and all my possessions. As you can probably imagine, this was not only scary and emotionally difficult, but also a complicated situation for a first-time homeowner to cope with. Throughout every step of the process, everyone I have spoken with at ServiceMaster has been highly professional, helpful, responsive, communicative, and thorough. This alone would merit 5 stars and is rare for a business these days. What I wish I could add double the stars for is how much KINDNESS I have received from literally every individual from this company who has helped me along the way--from the sympathetic and reassuring guys who came to pump the water from my home, to both of the business co-owners who have patiently answered all of my panicking questions, to their daughter who has patiently and thoughtfully spent much time with me on the phone fielding my additional concerns. This is a family-owned and -employed business, and they are such a nice family. It is the kind of place I would want to work for if I had the skill set to do any job for them. If you are in need of a dependable, trustworthy group of people to take care of a major damage cleaning for your home, everything they say on their website is true. Their customer service is beyond incredible, and this is a crucial point of difference for anyone who is going through such a horrible experience as having major damages to their home.“
