Jackie and I called V and V carpets. With all hardwood floors we only have some area runners and a large cream area carpet. When I called for an appointment a very nice polite girl answered the phone......NO ANSWERING MACHINE......she booked the apontment with a 30 minute call to me before they were coming. The next day I got an e-mail confirming the appointment. the next day I got a text to remind me that they were coming tomorrow. Today I got my 30 minute before notification call that they were on their way. The 2 young gentlemen were very very polite, accomodating, carefull and curtious. They used state of the art equipment and Jackie and I were extremely pleased. Their price was extremely fair and it was what they had quoted me on the phone. I tipped them because they definitely deserved one. After I paid them, I received a text stating my invoice for services and payment was ready to view. This company is over the top in professionalism. looking forward to having them do my office. Love this company...Just thought I would share.......Felix LaBella Jr.

I am seriously impressed by Matt and his crew at V&V Carpet Care. The annoying task of coordinating carpet cleaning at a large company was made so easy by Matt. They came in on a Saturday to clean the office and tour center. When something came up and they couldn't get in to the tour center, he coordinated w/ employee on duty to come back the next day (SUNDAY), and finish the job. I was shocked to find out that a problem came up and I didn't get a phone call/have to deal with it. Matt handled the situation on his own, gave up his Sunday, and he did so without telling me or complaining about it - wow, you just don't see that nowadays! When I came in on Monday morning, the carpets were spotless, the air smelled fresh, and the employees were raving about how good it looked. Thank you, Matt!!! Highly recommend!!!!!!
