“I can't say enough good about ProClinix in Tarrytown! I came to Adam for help with my shoulder following surgery. I was in the midst of chemotherapy treatments. Adam not only fixed my shoulder (it feels better than it has felt since I was in high school), he helped me through my cancer treatment. Every other medical professional I saw was dedicated to helping me beat cancer, but the process was disempowering and nothing within it was designed to help me feel better. He was invested in helping me reclaim the life I wanted and to be able to do the things that matter to me, including playing the violin. “Dr. Sofos is by FAR the most legitimate chiropractor I've experienced. For 2.5 years I searched for a chiropractor from Westchester to Manhattan following my car accident in 2020. Every single one came off as a car salesman more invested in milking me for all my money than improving my health. I experienced shocking tactics from these \\\"chiropractors\\\" from free visits in exchange for 5 star reviews, to locking me into a payment plan for the next year of care (regardless of if I would respond to treatment), to charging me $300 for an xray before they would adjust me just to adjust me anyway after I refused. I never experienced this with Dr. Sofos. It actually felt MEDICAL as opposed to sales-y. From the moment we met, he was professional and personable. He did an initial examination of my back, sent me for muscle stimulation and heat therapy before adjusting my back, talking through specific nerves and areas of my back with visual aid, and then teaching and assigning me stretches to do for my specific pain. I left feeling like my wellness was the goal. Very excited to be a patient here, excited for the future of my healing, and for once, will be a returning patient to a chiropractic office! Long story short I am now able to walk on the treadmill for over 30 minutes without pain, I am able to bend down to tie my shoes. I am able to perform basic household chores without stopping and taking pills that will make you sleepy or unmotivated. I have stop popping painkillers, she has changed my life. Her staff is friendly, attentive and kind. I have been to chiropractors before, however Dr. Jacobs listens to her patients in order to make a difference in their physical health. “My neck and lower back has been bothering me for a bit after having my daughter. I went to several chiropractors in the past and they 'fix' me but I would come back repeatedly with the same issues. I never had a real adjustment since the other offices gave me heat pads and other things. This week was truly difficult, I had such limited mobility with my neck that every turn or small motion was met with a pulling pain. I did a walk-in to the office as soon as they opened. Kim at the front desk was very helpful, although walk-ins were not typical she fit me in between Dr. Paul's appointments. He was straight to the point and worked a miracle on my neck and lower back. I felt instant relief and was able to move my neck. It was a great relief. The office was clean, reception was informative,Dr. Paul had a great sense of humor while working quickly and effectively.
