Dr. Benz is a very knowledgeable, thorough and caring chiropractor. I came in for reoccurring neck pain and loss of mobility. He got me in the next day and I felt relief immediately. Over the following weeks he cured the pain and I haven’t had a problem since. This is the best my shoulders and neck haven’t felt in 5 years!

I started seeing James Benz for radiating pain in my traps about a year ago. Within 3 months that pain was gone and im able to do my regular gym routine again.I decided to see him for body maintence being I have a physically stressful job as a nurse and have chronic muscular issues over 20 years.I hate being " crunched" so James does Soft tissue manipulation and stretch techniques that give me immediate relief. He also shows me proper exercise movements to work with my long term injuries.I highly recommend seeing James Benz!

Great Physical therapy experience.Very professional and nice, made me feel very comfortable. Helped with my back pain immensely. Definitely recommend seeing him if you need a good chiropractor or physical therapist. Also specializes in personal training.
