When they say family of services in their title, it's because of people like Stacy.Maintenance team member who cleans and keeps up the property - Meghan is a person I see on the way to my car often who never leaves me not better than I was. She always makes me smile and laugh, always positive, and brings a wonderful energy to the place. It feels like home around Christmas time when you see her putting up trees and decorating as if it was a home for all of us.Maintenance team member who repairs - Ron is always a pleasure to work with. If I have a challenge they are reaching out to me in a couple of hours and having it resolved that day as long as I am available, I’ve never seen anything like this. Recently they reached out to us to coordinate a time to change the air filters. Completely trustworthy and very proactive in making sure your experience is like no other.If you are in a season in your life where you are going to rent, there's nothing else to think about. Chris made the building process seamless. He took his time and built us a quality home. Chris was there every step of the way and always available if we had questions. We did not have to go through multiple people in order to get to him, we were able to contact him personally for any issues we had, which were very few.In the past 12 years, we have projects, including our beach house as well as our building. He’s trustworthy and conscientious. I would have no reservations in having him build me a house in the future. Actually, I would use no one else.“
