Terrific experience having a City Apartment at 1275 Delaware! Place and location super and big plus with the garage to park inside. Any little issues were fixed immediately. Richie - their main maintenance guy is a rock star. Highly recommend the building and TM Montante!
My experiences with MontAnte go back 8+ years. They did major renovations @ NFMMC while I ran Foundation. More recently they leased an apt to my brother. Their financial, operations & leasing staff are professional, competent & very responsive to any need. They are a pleasure to work with & I highly recommend TM Montante
We have been working with Montante for a few months now. Its been the best experience we've had with a property management company.Our rep at Montante is the best!! :) She is very organized, creates a plan with us, and keeps us informed every step of the way. She and her team are very responsive.
