    Making an appointment online is easy, and the exam and fitting part of the visit went very well. The eyewear brands advertised are somewhat misleading as you might find one pair offered of a Nine West, Ray Ban or other recognized brand while the rest are brands I never heard of and not really my taste. It seemed like every single pair of sample glasses was really smudgy too like they hadn’t been wiped down in some time.

    The overall experience was fine. My initial interaction with the associate at the front desk was not great. He was dismissive.He asked what insurance I had. I told him, he said we don't take that. He didn't ask any other questions or was willing to figure anything out. We have Davis Vision. He asked if I had a card, we've never had a card through them. He said the insurance had my wrong birthdate. Obviously, that has nothing to do with me. He was not helpful in one bit nor apologetic.He did not represent Visionworks as customer friendly.Fortunately, the optometrist and Scott turned things around.

    Overall experience was average. The vibe was off, all the employees seemed standoffish and uncomfortable. My retinal scan had to be done three times. I waited three weeks for prescription sunglasses; admittedly, who knows when they were actually ready, because they never notified me. I finally called and was told, "Sure, they're here."I went here because they were a "super mega whatever" through my vision insurance but I did not feel I got any special value and won't be returning.
