“We are extremely happy with the work New Buffalo Remodeling did on our living remodel. Jake helped us after another contractor left us with an unfinished mess. Jake and his brother Barney quickly put our minds at ease and then exceeded our expectations. Their attention to detail is top-notch and shows in everything from the trim work to the custom benches that Jake built. There is no doubt we will be reaching out to New Buffalo Remodeling for future projects.“
“A coworker recommended. Aerial when I was getting estimates for my roof. He was very pleased with the work that they did for him. I am also very pleased that I went with Aerial Roofing. The replacement roof was expensive but that's the way it is 2023. Aerial worked with me to pick the best time for the project and showed up on time as expected. They had a large crew and completed my roof in 2 days. Tearing off a roof is a messy job, but they cleaned up my property after the first day and then did a very very thorough cleanup the second day upon completion. The roof looks great! I am certain it will last a very long time and that I won't have to worry about it ever again! I am very pleased and strongly recommend Aerial Roofing to anyone that has to put time and money into replacing their roof.“
“We saw them at the Buffalo Home Show, and decided to resurface our kitchen cabinets. We checked out other companies and decided we liked their approach the best. The company owner and sales representative, John, was extremely easy to work with. Very accommodating, helpful and friendly. We were scheduled for the fall, but he fit us in just last week, in July, and our kitchen looks great. The installation staff of three employees were very efficient and neat. We particularly liked working with Steve who was very friendly and helpful. Before, during and after photos are attached. After in first two photos, during in middle ones, and before in last two.“
“I loved working with This company. They were responsive and showed up when they said they would. I found them to have fair prices. The work is exceptional!! They are very neat as well. I love my new patio!!“
“I can’t say enough good things about this company. I hired them to replace the backslash abs counters in my rental. Greg did an amazing job. The process was so easy, everything was very clean when they left. I will be hiring them again to do my own kitchen as well! Highly recommend!!!“
“Moving into my first home back in 2020, one of the "items" I knew that needed to be addressed were the windows. Most of the were the original casement windows from when the house was built in the 1950's! Almost four years later, I finally could take care of them and after getting a few estimates from other companies, I decided to go with Comfort. All-in-all, I have had a great experience!
In March/April 2024, I had a few companies come and give me estimates for five new windows. Albeit Comfort was not the lowest price, what they were offering was what grabbed me: their own employees built and installed the windows and the free upgrade to triple-pane windows. The gentleman who worked up the estimate did a nice job going over everything with me and answering my questions. I signed the contract and about a day or two later, I received a call to setup the final measurement appointment. About a week after that call, a gentleman came and took all the measurements and explained the next steps, which he was honest in saying it would be several weeks before I would get a call to setup the installation.
About 14 weeks later (shy of four months), I received the call and my appointment was scheduled for less than two weeks later, so towards the middle of August 2024. The installation itself was great! The crew arrived right at 08:00 and started working about 20 minutes later, after double-checking all the measurements. The crew kept to themselves and did a good job to keep any mess to a minimum. For five windows: three double-hung and two sliders, one with obfuscated glass for my bathroom, they were done in about 5.5 hours. They were pulling out of my driveway at about 14:00, but before that, they made sure to show me the new windows and answered my questions. I did have to bring up reviewing the exterior of the windows, but that was a simple oversight, the quality of the exterior work was great! I did not have to clean up too much afterwards, the biggest thing was putting all my blinds and curtains back up.
For full transparency, about two weeks after installation, I did have to call Comfort about an issue with my bathroom window, which appears to have an issue within the glass itself. The woman I spoke with was great, incredibly friendly. She then sent me a text message with where to send my picture of the window with the issue. Afterward, she got the support case created right away and explained it would be 8-12 weeks for the window to be ready. It is quite a bit to wait, but the bathroom window functions properly, so I am fine with waiting – I just want the new window to be pristine and have no issues! The other four windows have been great.
All-in-all, I am pretty happy with my experience with Comfort!“
“I’ve been working on redoing a 1950s home for a few years, working with various contractors, and reached out to TBros to remodel my two main bathrooms. The tldr; it was an exceptional contracting experience. I’ve never experienced, after my years of working with various contractors, such professionalism, quality work, transparency and communication, and working with me as the client throughout progress on the project. The bathrooms are amazing, the quality of work exceeds my expectations, and if they’ll allow me, I have a few other things I’d like them to do at my house. If I ever do this kind of remodel again in this area, TBros are top of the list of companies I want to work with.
The not so tldr: I worked with Irina from step 1, and she came by the house and did a fantastic job walking me through the entire process, design, purchase, acquiring/storing materials, and project execution. You have full visibility into the work and the plan (there’s even a web/mobile app), and it’s kept up to date with each step. So I knew who was coming, on what days, to do what work, and the overall timeline. I knew which steps were dependent on me and was provided guidance/materials to hand-hold me through everything. They gave recommendations for material suppliers and shops local to WNY, and showed me exactly what I needed to do with each of those.
The various parts of the execution team were all great. Showed up promptly each day (often 10–15 minutes before start time). Incredibly friendly and courteous. Went above and beyond to protect the parts of my house they had to work/walk through (floors, walls, putting up plastic during demo, air scrubbers, etc…). The project manager was on-site at least once a week to check in on work and chat with me on progress. Old home means you find all sorts of unexpected problems, and the team was great about bringing everything to my attention and working through a plan to remediate (rotted subfloor, vents that actually vent outside, studs that needed to be replaced, etc...).
They went above and beyond to keep the overall project on the original timeline. Since I worked from home, I’d get a question or two from time to time on considerations (where do you want this towel bar, maybe it would be better if we did this…), which was incredibly valued and helpful. Some “on the job” decisions we made ended up making a huge difference in the end result, and so their flexibility and customer-first approach can’t be understated.
The end result is a pair of magazine-worthy bathrooms that I’m completely in love with.
For full transparency, TBros did come in higher than the other quotes, but after seeing their work and hearing testimonials from friends, I figured it was worth the “risk”. In retrospect, I couldn’t imagine working with anyone else on this project, and don’t regret a single “extra” dollar I spent to work with them.“
