“In the fall of 2023, we hired Stockmohr to install a new roof (complete tear off and replacement of underlayment), new gutters, new soffit, new fascia boards and replace the vinyl siding. Everyone was amazing from our first meeting with Emmett to our final inspection with Doug and Dave. Before the work began we received the most detailed estimate I’ve ever seen! We originally planned on doing just the roof first but I’m so glad we decided to do it all at once. When Charles and his crew removed the old siding we had extensive water damage underneath. This meant that our project took a little longer but we are so happy with the results! When people come in our house they are always impressed with how warm it is (thanks to the new foam board insulation). We have had two major snow storms this winter and not one icicle off the roof, where we used to have many! We are so thankful to Stockmohr for making our 65 year old house feel brand new!“

“We first used Collingwood Construction to fix our roof after loosing some shingles. They immediately covered the roof so we would not have any problems with leaks and helped us contact our insurance company. When the insurance adjuster came to review the claim, Collingwood was there to make sure the claim covered the repairs. When they opened the roof, rafter damage was found. Again Collingwood worked with the insurance company for us. There was also some siding that needed replacing. Larry gave us some suggestions to use existing siding to replace the damaged area and add an accent along the bottom with Versetta Stone. The additional cost was well worth the investment to the curb appeal of our home. Many of our neighbors commented on how nice our house looked.“
“Stately built us a beautiful 20x40 pole barn.We chose them over other builders because their methods of construction. Using concrete piers over direct burial of the poles should provide many more years longevity. Other unique construction methods also increase the roof strength as well.Beyond their superior design, working with them through the design and construction process was a pleasure.The crew was friendly and courteous.When some issues came up, they corrected them without complaint.We would definately use them again!“

“Experience began at estimate. Appreciate the intent to do the work right, dig on exterior, use large drainage PVC and provide legitimate customer testimonials (old school sale). Locktight crew was very polite and easy to be around. I had a large amount of supplies in my basement and they were helpful in moving items to center so to access basement perimeter tile. There was some phone tag in order to set a date for work to begin. I’d recommend some form of SMS or digital (email) communication to coordinate this (list of things to do to prep). Didn’t appreciate the hassle and lack-of patience from Locktight to receive payment (check due at estimate decision, work start and work finish). All things considered they finished ahead of schedule.
