“Heidi was so wonderful. She gave me quotes for multiple sizes and designs. Sent me pictures of styles so that we could do the entire order remotely. Delivery was right on time and her delivery guy Aaron was a pleasure to work with and was patient with placing the shed and offering to reposition if needed to get it just right. Delivery was easy and did not destroy our yard. The shed is great quality and exactly what I was hoping for. “We had a great experience building with Kelkenberg homes and we are glad that we found them during our search for a builder. Right after our first meeting with Charlie, we decided to move forward with them. Everyone was so great to deal with - Charlie, Holly, Sue, Debbie, Chuck and others. This is a family owned business and there wasn't a single instance when we couldn't reach anyone for anything. Holly was wonderful throughout the whole process and guided us a lot on things we could consider during our build. Every single sub-contractor who worked on our house was great and we feel very confident in the quality of construction and finishes in our home. We did run into a couple of pricing issues during our build, considering everything had run up in cost when we built, however, what really matters is how we were able to sit down with Charlie and arrive at an amicable solution to keep things moving forward.If you are looking for a builder who can quickly slap together a home for you then this is not a builder for you.
