This salon is clean and inviting and the owner Danielle is a gem! I was home in Buffalo for the game and the holiday and was in desperate need of a haircut. I wear short hair that takes a lot of skill to achieve as i am naturally curly but work against it daily. I showed Danielle a picture and she took her time, asked questions throughout the process and truly gave me one of my best cuts in 48 years! We never had an awkward moment of silence and i left there starting my vacation feeling as though she was one of the friends i was coming home to spend time with!!! I will now deliberately be forgoing my haircut prior to visiting home just so I can go to Danielle whenever I’m in town! She is absolutely a professional skilled stylist! ❤️

After experiencing a sewage back up, I was provided with a quote by a friendly employee. After getting quotes from a few other companies, we decided to move forward with Servpro and a crew was on site within a day. The crew assessed the situation and cleaned up the mess. Some equipment stayed on site for a couple days to make sure things were dry and clean. Jennifer was very responsive when I had a billing question. Thank you!!

I would give more than 5 stars if I could. Rick has gone above and beyond. First they come and paint and then Rick comes back to make sure you are satisfied and touches up anything that is missed or is not to your satisfaction. He pays close attention to detail and even came back and touched any imperfections he found thereafter. He brought a large crew and had my whole interior done in 2 days. He left my place neat and clean as well. My place looks amazing. NOTE: In-between the initial painting and his follow up, some roof water had leaked when they replaced my roof and Rick fixed the ceiling stain on his own without asking and he charge me. Rhino painting is AMAZING and his pricing is very reasonable !!!! Rhino painting does NOT disappoint.

After another florist failed to deliver, I was seeking flowers for a funeral the next day. I found them online and reviews were good. The person taking my call was very helpful, the arrangement was very beautiful and well prepared to be collected at the requested time, and the price was competitive. Walked into the salon there Katie stands bright eyed and smiling. As we chat I tell her what I had in mind . We shampoo and her magic takes over. She begins cutting then blowing out. A pure transformation from when I came. She shares the excitement with me. She is sweet listens to her customers is always on time and does an awesome job. Might I add the salon is matriculate yet warm and comfortable. Very reasonable prices for her services. What more could you ask for?

Great shop, I’ve been to both the Tonawanda and Williamsville locations and have had nothing but good experiences. Dave is my barber and he is awesome / highly recommended, but from my few years visiting this shop it seems like all the barbers are really attentive to detail and skilled in their craft so you can’t go wrong. Both shops have good atmospheres and all in all they are the best in WNY.
Hands down the best place in town for sharp cut and trim. Devin was simply amazing! Most places are quick to get you out the door, not here. The conversation was very welcoming and they took time to actually make sure everything was perfect and even asked if I wanted to change anything. Very fast and efficient as well! Prices are spot on! Keep up the great work guys!

I was in town taking care of my mom post-surgery and stumbled upon this GEM! These ladies are absolutely phenomenal. I wish I could take them back to DC with me for my every 3 week mani/pedi. Went for a pedi this afternoon and Veena did my pedicure. It was so relaxing and she did a fantastic job! She was very sweet and attentive. My new nail spot. The gel holds- no peeling and no hair strands getting caught after a couple days. Prices are fair compared to a lot of places. All the women are very friendly.
They use quality products and complete my gel manicures with enough coats they do not crack or chip. It is clean and a friendly bright atmosphere.

I had a deva cut with Loretta yesterday. I have been looking for a salon closer to my home that specialize in textured hair. mine is more of a wavy/curly combo.
Loretta was kind and kept the length and lightened the load a bit by layering. she went in all different directions since I told her I do different parts (depends on my mood or what it want to do), and she made sure it all fell in a nice way for middle and side parts. her attention to detail was ✨️chef's kiss✨️.
she mentioned that there are others there that specializes in it as well, so if there's ever a date and time that doesn't align with hers, others are available.

I had a little trouble but all good businesses will make mistakes. What makes them stand out is how they handle the problem. The fellow that attended me was very polite and friendly. He communicated well. The problem was that I had my key cut. Before leaving, I was going to check it in my door to be sure it was a good fit but it was raining hard and it did fit in the ignition so I thought it should be ok. When I got home I tried the key in the door. It didn't go in. Ugh. So I went back and found out that the door's lock was bad from when the door was replaced by a body shop years ago. He wouldn't refund me. Later the same day the owner contacted me, assured me that there was miscommunication. They fixed the issue by making another key with a new door lock at a discounted price. I am happy with the results.

Here is my experience: i went in the store to spend money - i have a lot of things i want to change in my house but had some serious urgency for 3 rooms. I bought a new house and was big time just wanting the fastest service. I wanted to try to get flooring on 2 bedrooms and a kitchen tile backsplash before i officially moved in but that didn’t work out, hey it happens. Help within the store was minimal on a Saturday, but it was fine i don’t love being followed by sales people. Fast forward to when i made a quick commitment and sent in the checks. I had to constantly call the store to get an appointment and was told a couple different dates etc. i was being patient i lived in a bedroom without a bed since i was waiting for the floor and couldn’t purchase furniture for the spare bedroom because i had no idea when the service was going to happen. Finally had my installation last week. I am going to be honest. For 2 bedrooms and a tile back splash it took almost 5 full days. The 2 installers were really great, nice and pretty accommodating. Although I’m not one to judge everyone i knew was shocked at how long it took. Regardless it’s done and i just needed it done. Final payment was done today - beware i was a little blindsided that additional fees and boxes of tile were added to my bill, not mad just would have loved to know in advance, since it was for extra supplies they could have let me know at time of purchase. Oh also i was never asked if i wanted the carpet they took out to be hauled away never given the option and was upset about that i would have paid with no issue for that service, luckily i live in a town where they took it in my garbage.
Pros, i am satisfied with my flooring tile and they have a decent selection to choose from in the store and the guy that came out to measure was awesome, they made arrangements to pick up the final check at my house since i cannot make it to the store during their open hours during the week, much appreciated.
Cons - took longer than anticipated, no proactive customer service my sales rep was a bit hard to get a hold of, i own a business and if any customer had to chase me down to be put on a schedule I’d be out of a customer. Surprise fees applied at time of final payment. No ability to pay check online even though online says there is an e check option so having to bring a check to the store is a huge inconvenience with their minimal hours, and to pay by credit card is an addition 3% surcharge, was left with multiple garbage bags in my garage and scatter of flooring cleanup was not the greatest, garbage put in my recycle bin instead of my garbage bin i had to empty that out by hand and put it into the garbage can so they would collect it. I know this all sounds like nitpicking but i live alone and work 10-12 hours days and all that extra cleanup work is hard for one person.
If it wasn’t for the cons i would be happy to give a 5 star rating and i understand that companies are short staffed or overbooked but i would have love to just have that transparency and proactive communication up front. I would also recommend them to friends and family if it wasn’t for the surprise fees - not many people i know right now can afford additional fees of even a small amount so that at the time of purchasing the extra material would be imperative to know. All in all i am happy with the end result but i do want to have new flooring put in my entire house as well as new basement carpet put in over the next year so i will be shopping around, i really am easy to please and love a one stop shop situation so i wish they made it a little easier. Maybe i will be back to Madison depending on how the other stores treat me. I will update in the spring when i pick out the new flooring and carpet.

I’ve been working on redoing a 1950s home for a few years, working with various contractors, and reached out to TBros to remodel my two main bathrooms. The tldr; it was an exceptional contracting experience. I’ve never experienced, after my years of working with various contractors, such professionalism, quality work, transparency and communication, and working with me as the client throughout progress on the project. The bathrooms are amazing, the quality of work exceeds my expectations, and if they’ll allow me, I have a few other things I’d like them to do at my house. If I ever do this kind of remodel again in this area, TBros are top of the list of companies I want to work with.
The not so tldr: I worked with Irina from step 1, and she came by the house and did a fantastic job walking me through the entire process, design, purchase, acquiring/storing materials, and project execution. You have full visibility into the work and the plan (there’s even a web/mobile app), and it’s kept up to date with each step. So I knew who was coming, on what days, to do what work, and the overall timeline. I knew which steps were dependent on me and was provided guidance/materials to hand-hold me through everything. They gave recommendations for material suppliers and shops local to WNY, and showed me exactly what I needed to do with each of those.
The various parts of the execution team were all great. Showed up promptly each day (often 10–15 minutes before start time). Incredibly friendly and courteous. Went above and beyond to protect the parts of my house they had to work/walk through (floors, walls, putting up plastic during demo, air scrubbers, etc…). The project manager was on-site at least once a week to check in on work and chat with me on progress. Old home means you find all sorts of unexpected problems, and the team was great about bringing everything to my attention and working through a plan to remediate (rotted subfloor, vents that actually vent outside, studs that needed to be replaced, etc...).
They went above and beyond to keep the overall project on the original timeline. Since I worked from home, I’d get a question or two from time to time on considerations (where do you want this towel bar, maybe it would be better if we did this…), which was incredibly valued and helpful. Some “on the job” decisions we made ended up making a huge difference in the end result, and so their flexibility and customer-first approach can’t be understated.
The end result is a pair of magazine-worthy bathrooms that I’m completely in love with.
For full transparency, TBros did come in higher than the other quotes, but after seeing their work and hearing testimonials from friends, I figured it was worth the “risk”. In retrospect, I couldn’t imagine working with anyone else on this project, and don’t regret a single “extra” dollar I spent to work with them.

Jake and his brother Barney quickly put our minds at ease and then exceeded our expectations. We saw them at the Buffalo Home Show, and decided to resurface our kitchen cabinets. We checked out other companies and decided we liked their approach the best. The company owner and sales representative, John, was extremely easy to work with. Very accommodating, helpful and friendly. We were scheduled for the fall, but he fit us in just last week, in July, and our kitchen looks great. The installation staff of three employees were very efficient and neat. We particularly liked working with Steve who was very friendly and helpful. Before, during and after photos are attached. After in first two photos, during in middle ones, and before in last two.

I was very happy with the work we had done recently ! We use Red Rose for our weekly lawn service and find them to be reliable and fairly priced. We decided to hire out our flower bed work and asked them for an estimate. They sent out a representative in a reasonably short time and he carefully listened to what we wanted and verbally quoted us. In a few short days we received a written quote and we excepted it. The quote was fair and the work scheduled soon after . They did everything we asked and we couldn't be happier ! I highly recommend them !
I hate going to the dentist but this place really makes me feel comfortable and at home and they never judge if I miss a floss day. They are just supportive and give nothing but a positive vibe .
I recently had a absess tooth i was just about to go on a much needed vacation with my spouse.Lisa listened to me and was so caring and understood that i needed to have my tooth pulled but i didnt want to have a missing tooth in the front of my face when i smiled .she made sure i got the antibiotics i needed and spoke to dr. Kang who is wonderful they made sure as soon as i returned to get me right in to have the tooth removed They did a great job and called to check on me to see how i was doing the next day i felt cared about .I love dr.kang & his assistant Victoria who put me at ease.The name Steller is fitting Because they legit really are in my opinion.They get life happens and go the extra mile.Losing a tooth is hard to deal with and they understand the emotion of it .From Lisa to Victoria Dr.Kang and even Tara who handles billing they do the best they can for you with a genuine heart Thank you for caring you all make a difference
Highly recommend. In addition to the upbeat environment and friendly staff, this office was very modern and advanced technologically compared to other dentists I've visited in the past. They invest in the latest and greatest tools to take care of their patients. Dr. Samer Riad is very personable and friendly and along with being skilled, makes the experience very pleasant through both jokes and insight into the care he's giving.
Dr. Schwagler & Dr. Martell are my aunt and uncle but regardless of being family, they are excellent dentists. They're both kind people who will go above and beyond for their patients. They are both passionate and knowledgeable. I don't know another doctor/dentist that cares about their jobs and patients like they do.I would highly recommend them to anyone, especially those that are nervous or hate going to the dentist. They are very understanding people and they take their time, explain things before and during any cleanings/procedures etc. and they are happy to help anyone through any nervous feelings.For those wondering, they have this office in Tonawanda and another office in Lockport (Lockport Family Dental).

He always does a full assessment to find what is needed, then tailors the treatment and recovery advice to the specific problem. I'm really glad to have him. You can usually get in same day, be sure to leave a message and be patient for a call, it usually comes within 1hr.

All of these negative reviews disgust me. If I didn't move, I'd still be going to McBride. Dr Parkhill is one of the most sincere and reasonably priced vets I have ever had. From fitting me in last minute for not one, but two separate cat situations (one for my senior seizure kitty Stella) and (one for when I rescued three kittens from the woods at camp) to just overall yearly appointments for my three adult cats. She was great and througho. Answered EVERY question or concern I had in full, and always gave me more than one option when it came to medical requirements for the cars, giving me a choice to decide what I felt would be best in my situation. As for the front desk staff you guys complain about, just like any other human if you're nice to them, they'll be nice to you. Don't walk in all miserable or yelling. You'll get the same respect you dish out. Five stars for McBride and if I ever return to the Tonawandas I will be going right back to them

After a google search I came upon Loretta and decided to book. Lovely space. Fantastic massage... Deep but not too deep...
