My family of 5 have been patient’s at TownDental for over 20 years since they were at their previous location in the village of Kenmore. Our experiences there has been exceptional. We’ve had almost every hygienist clean our teeth, all are very gentle. Dr. Piazza and Dr. Martin are very personable and thorough, and do quality dental work.. Front office staff’ is very courteous and always helpful . Connie is knowledgeable has always helped us with our insurance questions, very nice to see an employee who has been there for many years. Highly recommend!

THIS DENTAL OFFICE IS THE BEST I'VE EVER BEEN TO. I TRAVEL FROM WEST SENECA TO TONAWANDA BECAUSE THE WHOLE EXPERIENCE IS WORTH IT. DR PIAZZA UNDERSTANDS MY FEAR OF THE NUMBNESS, NOT THE NEEDLES OR THE PAIN, BEING NUMB. HE IS VERY UNDERSTNDING AND WORKS WITH ME. HE EXPLAINS EVERYTHING HES DOING, JUST A WONDERFUL PERSON. HIS STAFF IS ALSO ACCOMMODATING., POLITE AND PERSONABLE. I WEAR OXYGEN 24/7 AND THEY DO EVERYTHING TO MAKE ME FEEL COMFORTABLE. LOVE THIS DENTAL OFFICE.
