When David opened up his own gym, I decided to try my first personal training session for a few reasons: 1. I stopped going to the gym where I first met David. 2. I put on weight and was not feeling good about the way I looked or felt and 3. A close friend of mine trained with him and was seeing great results. Each session with David is unique. He provides a different workout each time catered to my specific needs and goals. He knows when to raise the weight I'm working on, and he makes sure my form is correct. “I’ve been training at Prime Performance pretty much since it opened.I love working out with my trainer Brandon Brown because he incorporates more than one method. I get bored easily and need to be challenged. I love weight training and hate cardio. That’s why Brandon introduced boxing to me, which I fell in love with since it covers pretty much everything (strength, technique and self defense).Brandon is wonderful, easy to work with , motivates me , understands my training needs and my goals. “I don't think you will find a trainer who is more invested in you and your long term health than Obi. He bases his workouts on research proven methodologies, not on fads or what is going to be easy to sell. My drive to be the healthiest and fittest I can be as a 57 year old woman is powered by what I have learned from Obi and through Obi. He probably knows more about every members' ability than we do ourselves. I can honestly say, if you don't check out this gym, you are doing yourself and your family a huge disservice. You are not allowing yourself the full life (now and later) that Obi's fitness plan gives you. Beyond Obi, you will find a gym filled with amazing men and women, who cheer you on, inspire you, make you laugh, and who push you when you just want to stop. I love this place more than I can ever express.“

“Working with Ed has been incredibly helpful and truly transformative in my recovery from a herniated disc and bulging disc. After regular PT stalled, multiple doctors told me I’d likely need surgery to ever regain full strength and relieve my pain. “At 75 I was hesitant to get a trainer, but my daughter-in-law convinced me to. My trainer, Alex, is the best! I've had 10 sessions and will continue to have him come. Although I get achy after a session, I have already noticed that I my legs and arm muscles are stronger! I can now carry my 25 lb granddaughter with no problem!
