They were very highly professional and gentle throughout the entire process. They provided us with instructions and long-term treatment plans.

CNA had us in exam room not 5 minutes later, he was kind and friendly and made my ill daughter feel at ease. Within 2 minutes of him leaving the NP, Jane, had arrived. I imagine she must have extensive Peds experience because she was absolutely GREAT with my daughter. No crying or whining despite the multiple intrusive swabs etc. Jane took the time needed to explain the diagnosis, as well as the course of treatment.
