“As someone who has been going to Montefiore hospitals their whole life, I can confidently say this is the best medical office I have ever been to! All the staff and nurses are kind, caring, and attentive. The real highlight of the office is Dr. Kseniya Kobets. I suddenly developed some serious acne in my adulthood and Dr. Kobets helped clear it up so efficiently and effectively. It was my first time visiting a dermatologist and I could not have had a better experience. Dr. Kobets talked me through all the medications I needed and I could tell she truly wanted me to get better. After less than a year I can say my skin is better than ever and it is all thanks to her! I never thought my skin would go back to how it was before I developed severe acne, but Dr. Kobets made it better than ever before. Truly an intelligent and kind doctor who makes time for her patients and really takes care of them.“

“I had a really good experience!. No crowded waiting room. I didn't feel rushed by the staff and didn't have to beg for referrals for add'l appointments that needed to be made. Also, didn't have to deal with a rude receptionist and to top it off, this was my first time going there, I was able to call them to let them know I was running late because I went to the wrong part of town and they STILL saw me! I'm so grateful!. I would of given 5 stars if the signs outside and inside of the bldg were present to let me know I was finally at the right place but I would say I got FIVE STAR TREATMENT! “I have been going to a chiropractor for over 10 years to help with my scoliosis and with every pregnancy continued my care. She prepared a booklet for the countries on our trip and what vaccines were needed plus information about malaria in each country, entry requirements, etc. She did not push any vaccines I didn't want. She also gave me useful information about insect repellents and repellent spray to use on our clothing.“

“I have had a great experience with the VA staff in general. Scheduling has never been a problem and they send me plenty of reminders. Everyone I've interacted with seems to take their job seriously, and really cares.I'm writing this review primarily because of a specific recent experience:At my appointment I had blood drawn and a flu shot.When I was scheduling my next appointment in the lobby, I started to feel extremely dizzy and lightheaded. I'm stubborn, and I was in the infantry, so I tried to tough it out. I figured if I could just finish my scheduling I could just go pass out in my car in private.One of the staff members noticed and immediately took me to the back of the clinic. They took my vitals, gave me water, and sat me down.All of the staff were caring and showed compassion the entire time. I felt bad for inconveniencing everyone but they would not accept any of my apologies.I'm very grateful for the way I was treated. I was very embarrassed but was given dignified, understanding treatment that anyone in a similar situation would be fortunate to receive.“

“I had to make a series of visits to this walk in clinic, as I was suffering a skin infection that required several follow ups. It's nice and shiny and clean, and very brand new. The admins and nurses here were really great, and the doctor I was visiting was great! A lot of urgent care/walk in clinics feel a bit shabby/fly be night, but this one is very professional and comfortable. If I am in need of a future urgent care visit, I'll definitely come here in the future.“
