They do good, quick, quality work. It took a bit to get the windows and sliding door we ordered in, but once they were in we got a date and the guys were here on time and made short work of installing our 10 windows and 1 door. They were also conscientious of our three indoor only cats, making sure nobody escaped while they were pulling out the old and installing the new.
They were recommended to us, and we're pleased with the cost and installation. It pays to get multiple estimates from different companies. We only wanted a quote to have nine 70-year-old windows replaced, one was a picture window w/2 side window. It was low enough that we already had the money saved to cover it. Yipee! A week prior a different company quoted us 3.7 times more! The installer, Tyler, was all business, got right to work, and cleaned up after himself. We highley recommend Universal. Their guys were on time, respectful of the property and very knowledgeable about the product. The guys cleaned as they went and left the house as clean as it was when the arrived. I will be using them in the future for the other 3 windows we need replaced.
