Ross N.came to our house from the Syracuse office to provide an estimate for roof replacement. He is the friendliest, most knowledgeable salesman I have ever meet. He took his time inspecting our roof, explaining his findings, discussing the product he's selling in great detail, and answering all of my many questions. At no time did the process feel rushed. Keep up the great work Ross!
Roof installers were very good and professional. However the person who sold us the roof was very unprofessional after the sale. He was mostly unreachable and when he was available he made promises he did not keep, over and over again.
Everything seems good. There was plenty of debris and stones left to cleanup after and the work crew had to come back to grab some materials they left behind. Other than that, I’ll keep checking on it every 5 years to make sure that 25 year warranty lasts. Craftsmanship can be improved some, but I Highly recommend their work.
