We have needed the services of an exterminator 3 times for separate incidents. Doug Bugs has always been our first call and we are repeat customers because of the excellent level of service they provide. They are responsive and available to talk whenever we reach out. They can always get to our house quickly to deal with whatever situation has arisen in a timely manner. No job seems too big either. Most notably removing an exceptionally sized wasp nest hanging 15 feet in the air direct across our front door.
