“Just another happy customer giving a shout out to Kris! He was easy to get in touch with, clear about pricing, and quick to schedule me for next day. He came out on a Sunday to catch a raccoon hiding in our roof using video surveillance and a food baited trap. He returned Monday (Columbus Day) to pick up the critter and patch the hole with sheet metal for temporary security until the roofer came. Kris was very down to earth, knowledgeable, and professional as the other reviews have stated, while also doing a thorough job. He kept me in the loop throughout the process by sharing video footage of the animal activity and informed me that the wildlife is released at bear mountain. To top it all off, he took a nice discount off the bill in addition to the already reasonable pricing. Kris is a diamond in the rough of service professionals. Well worth the hire!“

“We LOVE Parkway Pest Services! They are family-owned, and therefore really care about the services they provide. None of the large companies that cheat you and don't care. We've used them and it was a disaster.Our technician came and explained everything they would do, showed us their traps, explained the technology they use for monitoring, and more. They looked at our existing traps and revealed that the prior business wasn't using the correct baits at all. We are so lucky the termites hadn't figured that out! We haven't had a problem in decades, but with Parkway Pest Services ensures we won't. They added additional traps and inspect them a couple of times a year. The two men that came out got rid of the squirrels (2 of the damn things) using traps, and even trimmed back the trees in the backyard to make sure they weren't having an easy time getting to the roof and other areas. We definitely got more of a service from these than we've got from any other company. I won't go anywhere else for pest help now!“
