I went there to have a proposal to have my glasses done. The blonde curly hair woman was very nasty and didn’t want to show me anything they have available. I was willing to spend a decent amount but she blew me off

I have been going to Pildes Optical for years and have always found their products/service excellent until this past Fall. I have two plans and the glasses I select still cost me $500+. The cost isn't the issue. The issue is their team other than some of the ladies who work out front who are excellent like Bella, it is the woman who handles the fitting/eye measurements of the glasses. This last change of lenses on two pairs of glasses have been a challenge. I have been back to the Store several times and even when I make an appointment the woman isn't there, either she's "running late" due to a family member issue, isn't coming to the Store or one excuse after the other. One of the frames still doesn't fit well and it did prior to the change of lenses but I am hesitant to return. My time is as valuable as her time. Pildes really needs to get someone who is reliable, efficient available for the customers.

I've been coming to this place since I was a child. You want to go to a professional place? This is it, every employee is well beyond qualified. Customer service is well above a 5 star rating here. The front desk associates know the product that is in that store better then the manufacturer. It feels like home when I walk in Piles Optical . I can see why they have customers come back every year. I would recommend this place to a family and a friend
