Esther and staff were life savers! I needed emergency contacts before a trip and even when I arrived after the store closed, they were happy to help. I would highly recommend if someone is looking for a new optical dispenser!

I came ti Staten Island mall sterlings located on the first floor. Very clean and spacious location and friendly employees, especially Ms . Nancy. I had to change my glasses and make a second pair. She is very knowledgeable and help me through out the entire process. Also I safe money in both glasses. I am happy I can hear again, and will continue to conduct business with Sterling’s.I felt like I was part of the family here. I was not rush or over priced and pressured. I am very very happy and confident I made the right choice and will be back here again and again. Beautiful people and wonderful atmosphere. I very happy customer.

I was impressed with the extensive range of eyewear options available. The staff, particularly Bridget, provided excellent service, ensuring that my specific vision needs were met. They also offered a great price, making the entire experience very satisfying.
