I chose the 24K gold facial that is very comprehensive and includes all the modern skin treatment techniques. I met Mariam and knew instantly that I am in the hands of an expert. She asked key questions about my health as well as gave professional and knowledgeable advice. Then, she started on my face. Wow, this was the best facial treatment I ever had!! I left there glowing! “My son really loves the pod at Rise Above Flotation, so he gave me a gift of three sessions there. The first time he and I went together. I am a bit claustrophobic and decided to try the open float room. I had never done a float before and I was a bit nervous. I won't go into all the details, but I did not like the experience at all; I got out halfway through because I couldn't take another minute! However, I didn't want the other two sessions to go to waste, so I decided to give it another try and my husband, who was excited to try the pod, joined me. This time Ryan gave us the orientation before we started and he had some excellent tips for helping us enjoy the experience. His guidance made all the difference and I had a much better float. In fact, I completely lost track of time and was surprised that an hour had already passed when my time was up.“

I have a past neck injury due to a head on collision, therefore chronic pain exists in my life. I have tried chiropractors, physical therapy, license massage therapist with no results. Until I tried cryotherapy and with only 3 minutes I could feel the difference and that was 2 days ago. A must for my life! The microneedling with Susette, a medical esthetician, was the best ever! “Destiny and Jessica are amazing!!! My face has never looked this good and my acne is so under control. I originally went to Destiny for facials at the end of December and at that time I was so frustrated with my face but I was mostly worried about was my scarring. I had terrible acne as well as scarring and have had it for years but in the last year it got so much worse. I had a dermatologist for years and everything he gave me would work for a few weeks but never healed my skin fully. When I came back from school in April I started the acne boot camp they had because I was done with the different medications my derm had me on. I would say as soon as two weeks in I started to see a complete shift in my acne, less breakouts were occurring and my skin barrier which was so broken from all the antibiotics and acne medications my derm put me on finally started to look healthier. They taught me so much about what to not eat and what makeup was acne safe and so much more than I ever knew about taking care of my very acne prone skin. After about three months of using the products they give you for the acne boot camp I can finally confidently wear no makeup out of the house and my skin is so health, smooth and glowing. “Relaxation spa was great! I love that I can book online from a clear service menu
and got confirmation quickly. I went for a half hour head massage that I booked the day before. The massage was excellent and included head, face, neck, and shoulders. The pressure was just firm enough I felt like it would actually relieve tension without being overly intense like I’ve experienced at other reflexology style massage spas. The chair was super comfortable and I love that the massage therapist used just a little oil but not an excessive amount. I will absolutely be back.“
