“Called for estimate for new roof. Ed came and looked everything over. Left and came back in about an hour with a written estimate. It was the fourth estimate. About the same as 2 others in the middle. The difference was Ed gave me this honest integrity feeling. My gut was right. It was a bigger job than he expected, as there were 5 layers on the house he had to take off first. Took 5 days. Cleaned up after each day. Highly recommend them.“

Because of active ice/water damage they rushed our project to basically the following week and completed teardown, rebuild, and cleanup in two days. “This is an amazing General Contractor. In the day in age where most are not personable or honorable… then stand above. I am a subcontractor and they are kind, professional, very honest, very pleasant to work with, and very caring. As a subcontractor I get some GCs that are busy and short with you on the phone. Then some that try to make extra at my expense. Well that’s not C&S Companies! I hope to do a lot of work with them in the years to come! Owners and subcontractors will love this company!“
