Went through Trademark to have my basement redone after water damage occurred and have a shower added to my half-bath. Trademark was fantastic to work with, was always friendly and willing to answer any questions I had. Also when unforeseen issues arose that needed to be rectified, they were very understanding of our concerns, budget and worked with us to make sure the issues were solved. The quality of their work is outstanding and we are very happy we went with Trademark.
John and his team were such a pleasure to work with. They were quick to respond, fair priced, friendly and respectful but best of all the quality of their work was top notch. The time and craftsmanship that they put into their work is unmatched. We can’t wait for our next project with John and his team.
Trade-Mark Construction just completed a 3-layer asphalt shingle removal and installed our new roof. We are totally happy with the result and with all the integrated trades that were needed to complete the various tasks.. including the specialty roofers, mold remediation contractors, electrician to install new bathroom fan (with new vent to roof), drywaller to patch the ceiling, and a carpenter to extend our porch roof. Everything was totally coordinated and efficient with experienced (and friendly) contractors. Thanks Jon and your team for completing a successful project.
