“I recently had a very favorable experience working with Clover Heating and Oil in resolving an issue with the oil-fueled boiler for the steam radiators at my property at 38 Longview Ave., White Plains, NY, 10605. The boiler was shutting off after brief periods of operation, and replacement of several parts of the pump yielded no long term solution. Clover Owner Anthony Marmo at this point thought outside of the box and consulted with manufacturers of the unit to learn of an unusual but occasional occurrence of Seized Fuel Units. Clover installed an additional and redundant filtering device, and the boiler now works perfectly. “Brian set up the plumbing for my washer and dryer in my co-op on a Thursday. That Saturday when I went to wash clothes the water wasn't running into the washer. Somehow the switch in the back of the washer was turned off. Brian came to my apartment on Saturday, climbed back to the back of washer and turned on the valve. Then helped me set up the washer/dryer on my phone. He was so helpful and responsive. Highly recommend.“

“For a scheduled Sunday call regarding a shower drain backup. ( non Emergency). I was scheduled for a 4 Hour window from 8am to 12 pm. I received a call from dispatch at 8:00 am and told my tech was on the way. At 9:15 Miguel showed up. Miguel explained clearly the price ( higher than expected). Not his fault. He did except my online coupon. Well it was a tough clogged.too some time , But Miguel got it. He cleaned up after and we talked about prevention techniques for my clog. I am very happy with the Sunday service I got. Miguel was professional and courteous to my time and space.“

“I had a problem with my sewer line that was causing a back up and a gurgling toilet. I called one company to come and take a look and they snaked the line but were not able to clear the line. They suggested that I replace part of the line. I had some doubts about that recommendation and reached out to Emergency Sewer & Drain. During that time they have responded same day to emergency calls, serviced heating systems and appliances, replaced water heaters and repaired leaks.Recently I made the mistake of using a _different_ local plumber who was top rated on Google reviews. That plumber made errors in repairing my gas heating system which ultimately led to a gas leak in the house. They came out 3 times to try and resolve it, and were useless.I called Cross County who quickly identified and fixed issues with my gas line. I cannot stress enough the level of professionalism and diligence they demonstrated in the repair.They are not the cheapest, but the work done is of a uniformly high standard.
