“I can’t recommend Edmond and Sons enough. I called RIchard after-hours when my heat wasn’t working, despite having another company try and fix it earlier in the day. He could not have been more helpful. He tried to troubleshoot the issue for me, and after giving me a solution to try, he told me to call him back in an hour to see how it was working. He also told me he would come out if it didn’t work. Well, his suggestion worked, and it got our heat up and running. Richard did all of this without even having serviced the equipment previously. “Excellent customer service! Our water just stopped running after 6pm one Saturday night and I searched on Angie’s List. We have a well and my husband had already tried replacing some pump switch and it didn’t work. Park Plumbjng and Heating called us within 20 minutes, asked a few questions and walked us through a common electrical fix and it worked! They were super informative and they could’ve just scheduled an appointment to come out but instead were very honest and forthcoming about the probable issue. “Brian set up the plumbing for my washer and dryer in my co-op on a Thursday. That Saturday when I went to wash clothes the water wasn't running into the washer. Somehow the switch in the back of the washer was turned off. Brian came to my apartment on Saturday, climbed back to the back of washer and turned on the valve.
