“At first I had a water leak and RJD scheduled a late evening appointment - I was grateful. I fixed issue so when I canceled they were very courteous. I then rescheduled them to come out the next day as it was no longer an emergency. They showed up a little late but that should be understood as they were helping another customer and called ahead to let me know they were running a little late - again much appreciated.
