I decided to get a more reliable backup for my sump pump in the event of a power outage. I was referred to Wayne's Plumbing by my heating company. I planned to get a couple of quotes, but after the 1st call with Wayne, I felt totally comfortable moving forward. He explained the water powered backup and how reliable they are. Wayne and team did great, explained everything to me, tested etc. I am happy to have more peace of mind in the event my power goes out. Cost was very reasonable as well. Thank you!

Wayne and his team are reliable, professional, knowledgeable, and friendly. Wayne’s Plumbing installed a new sump pump immediately after mine broke, literally in less than 24 hours. I have been repeat customer for 3 years. If I have any plumbing issues, I only call Wayne’s Plumbing! 5 stars.

I called Wayne on behalf of my elderly Aunt in Scotia. Her hot water tank was leaking and a mess! He worked around the mitigation crew and insurance adjuster and got her taken care of same day. Made her feel comfortable about the process while keeping me in the loop. Wayne will always be my plumber!!
