“Received a gift certificate for a couples massage at this location. No issue making an appointment or redeeming the certificate. Able to select female/male masseuse, which is appreciated. One of the best massages I've ever received. Everything was first class and professional. The locker room area is clean and the lockers seem secure. Comfortable robe and slippers. Waiting area is okay, but a little weird to wait with other random strangers to get called in. Massage began on time and the masseuse (I believe her name was Arlene) was friendly and gave great pressure. Can truly tell the difference in quality between this and any other random local spa. Able to leave tip in a small envelope with the person in front at the end, which is a nice touch. Wish it wasn't as expensive, but definitely worth it for a once in a while type thing. Would highly recommend to others.“
