I was seen by Ray the PA others mention in the review. He was attentive and had good bedside manners.My issue was before I went in I was charged $152 for a “deductible”. I told them my specialist copay was $65 but they pointed to a paper that billing had given them which had all the insurance companies and their deductibles. Once I got home I called Aetna and they told me this was not correct. My plan had no deductible for dermatologist office visits. I did not receive any services during my visit therefore there were no extra charges to apply to deductible. I file a complaint with them and my credit card company.

I’ve now been here twice in the past 3 months for 2 separate procedures, and had a seamless, extremely easy experience each time.Special s/o to Jess and Ray - two of the most effective, personable, and efficient providers I’ve worked with.

Raymond Kreiger, PAC was everything I could have hoped for as far as a Dermotologist is concerned. He took his time to explain all my options, answered my millions of questions, and made some recommendations. By far the best dermatologist I’ve seen so far.Thanks again Raymond!
