“I contacted Liberty Drain through a recommendation from someone who had used them for a drain assessment solution. TJ from Liberty arrived on time and we consulted a bit and then he went right to work! TJ went through all of my gutter leader drains to ensure there were no blockages. These drains were all buried under ground. He sent cameras in to search for blockages and also to let me know where the drains are actually flowing to! Everyone needs to do this if they are a homeowner or a new homeowner to ensure that water will not back up into your house! Thankfully, everything was all clear as this was a proactive visit and TJ explained where all of my roof and house perimeter water flows to! If you have septic, sewer drains, or clogged drains call TJ he is the man who will solve your problem or keep you from having any water back up problem! Jacob arrived on time (This company will text you a reminder of the date and time several days in advance and then as the rep arrives) Jacob diagnosed the problem, fully explained the solution and gave us a written estimate. He is friendly, courteous and really knows his stuff. We highly recommend MJ Plumbing.

“Joe and his team are very efficient and I have zero complaints. His team installed new condenser and air handlers for my home. 2.5 ton and a 3 ton unit. Also worked with the plumber to install a tankless hot water system to provide hydro heat for my home. After shopping the project Maselli HVAC was a great value for what needed to be done. “This business is amazing!When I first spoke to Ayshu and Gwen about the leaky outside faucet at the house I grew up in, but now rented in White Plains, they were very understanding of my concerns.I had received an outrageous estimate from another local company that my parents had used for years. The other plumber deemed a valve shut-off was necessary by the City of White Plains, and an excavation by one of their associate construction companies was required. “I called Joe on a Sunday night. I was lucky that he answered right away! He offered to come right over to fix a clogged shower. I explained that we also had a dripping faucet in that same shower, and I had determined it needed a new part. He said to send a photo of the faucet and if we could wait until the next morning, he could make one trip and save us time and money.
He fixed everything for a reasonable fee. We plan to have him back! He has a team that can do renovations too I saw photos of a recent bathroom renovation, which he helped design, and it looked gorgeous. Joe loves his work!“

“I had a problem with my sewer line that was causing a back up and a gurgling toilet. I called one company to come and take a look and they snaked the line but were not able to clear the line. They suggested that I replace part of the line. I had some doubts about that recommendation and reached out to Emergency Sewer & Drain. Juan and Esteban came out and were able to clear the line with the water jetting. They left my sewer line in perfect working order and saved me thousands of dollars. This will now be my go to company for any future issues. I highly recommend them.“

“I called Latty's to get my building's gas turned back on because there was a leak detected in one of the apartments and, as a precaution, Con Ed had shut off gas to the entire building. Ian came out himself to assess the job, described to me what he'd need to do, and the time frame necessary to get materials and complete the job. Within a day or two I had a quote. Latty's started a few weeks later. The job itself was pretty involved. Plumbers from Latty's came out on multiple occasions to do work, including a mandatory asbestos inspection, remove the original meters, lower the riser to meet new code, install new meter bars, valves and plumbing, check and recheck for leaks, and make tweaks to the system as required by Con Ed. They CC'd me so that I could view the updates from Con Ed as they went back and forth to ensure the work met the new city code. Throughout this, they were professional and competent. Not only the plumbers themselves, but also Latty's office support staff were helpful in completing the process and answering my questions. The end result was that the city, and then Con Ed, came out to inspect and gave the building the greenlight for gas turn on. Latty's gave me dates in advance, and a representative from them was present on each occasion.

Before settling on these guys, I was in the wild for a bit trying to find plumbers who knew what they were doing. Once the job started and I saw their work, I knew the job would get done. It was a relief. I plan to call on them again for any future plumbing/HVAC needs.
