“Such great service! We had an ant issue and Vin was all over it. He came quickly observed the entire perimeter and interior of the house and explained exactly how he would be applying the repellent. My main worry was for our pets but Vin took great care in explaining what he would be using and that it would not be harmful to our pets. He also took great time in explaining his use of environmentally safe pesticides when needed . “Our house had a consistent flow of mice in both the lower level and attic level. Trapping/exterminating proved to be a very short term fix. After evaluating a number of different solutions we chose to go with Brian/Thoroughspect. An exhaustive evaluation of all the cracks, crawlspaces, and openings inside and outside the house appealed to us as the most permanent and humane long term solution. The cleaning services as well were a must have, since this had been a problem for some time. Brian was the most professional contractor we have had at the house. He was well organized, highly communicative, and documented and explained everything. He also made a number of observations and suggestions about other areas of the house (mold, hvac, electrical, etc). He even helped fix some other areas of the house which while not a huge deal for him, helped save us other headaches.
