“Hands down CSP Music School will help you achieve your musical goals. Both Dennis and Claudette are extremely gifted at what they do. I was thought many aspects of the music business as well as audio engineering. I was one thing undergoing my Bachlors Degree for audio, but after being his intern (2012-2017) and applying anything and everything that revolves around music/audio it took my experience toa whole new level. They are both some of the most fantastic people you will ever meet and no matter what the focus may be, (live sound, music business, music theory, instrumentation, scoring, sound for drama, composition, ear training, the list goes on) they will be able to help you reach your potential. Currently am playing piano for various different churches as well as teaching others thanks to them. If you want to have a great start in music, please reach out to these two talented musicians. If you have children and would like for your child to have a musical back-round/foundation, I also would highly recommend taking them there.“
“Michael is an amazing and gentle teacher he definitely knows what he's doing I highly recommend!“
“My 6-year daughter plays piano at Bennett Academy Of The Performing Arts. I am just amazed by how much she has learned and her excitement to attend her classes with Ms Bennett who is (quoting my daughter): “the best piano teacher in the entire galaxy!”Ms Bennett is not only a wonderful teacher and artist, she is an exceptional human being. She cares for her students and manages to keep them focused and motivated throughout her classes, even at a very young age - my daughter started when she was only 5.We feel so lucky to have found this amazing place!“
“We love Bob Isley! Whenever we head his way from CT down to Rye, we always feel confident we'll get his expertise, kindness, patience, and even fun conversations. My sister and I have bought instruments and bows from him throughout the years, and we always go to him for any important repairs or services. He is extremely knowledgeable and experienced, and we highly recommend him!“
“I bought a cello, excellent service, very good instruments, I recommend it, very good.“
“Learning to play the piano was a lifelong dream of mine. I’ve been taking lessons from Janet now for five years. As an “adult” student starting from scratch, I was concerned that I would never really be able to understand music or become truly competent. When I look back to where I started from and how far I’ve come, I’m amazed. Janet is truly a genius at teaching. She makes difficult concepts easy to understand. And she truly understands the challenges of the adult learner. But learning is always enjoyable, never stressful. I look forward to my lessons and even my at-home practicing sessions. It’s become a kind of therapy for me! I would recommend Janet and the Fine Arts Music School to any who is serious about learning to play the piano.“
“A full throated endorsement of Zona Studio. A class of her own in talent, wit wisdom and inspiration, Regina Zona can develop the musicality of novices to experienced artists and make every note fun.“
“My 6-year-old daughter began receiving weekly lessons earlier this year and they have been great!“
“Great customer service! Extremely nice and extremely helpful! I recently purchased a violin as I am trying to re-learn how to play. I was having some issues with it, so I took it to the store to ask for help. They were very willing to take the time and effort to help me with my specific problem. Couldn't be happier!“
“Have you ever had someone from your childhood that was so influential in your life that you think of them many years later? That is why I am writing this review. I was a student of Mrs. Bragin. She taught me and my Dad piano lessons when she was just starting out. We went to her apartment on Central Ave. And I attended the Belle School of Music in Yonkers for a little while in high school. Mrs Bragin was tough but fair. She called me out every time I didn't practice! She expected hard work but only because she saw my potential and my love for the piano. She was kind, caring and so generous with her time and expertise. I started off on a small spinet piano and when she suggested I get a larger, better, piano she met me and my Dad at the Kimball store to help find the best one. I have no doubt that any teachers she chooses to represent her school are going to be high quality and held to her standards. I know firsthand that these schools were her dream and she would not settle for mediocre in any way. It was a privilege and a blessing to have been taught by Mrs Bragin. I would recommend her and her schools a million times over. I could not have had a better teacher and mentor.“
