The owner was very helpful to me. I had dropped my laptop and damaged the power cord. He made sure the port wasn't damaged internally. He also had a replacement power cord in stock so I was able to replace the damaged one without waiting to order one from the company. Great service!

I arranged a small get-together for my daughter and her 2 besties for her birthday to go horseback riding at the Tullin Ranch. I could not have asked for a more pleasant experience. Tammy, the ranch owner, is knowledgeable, flexible, accommodating, kind, and patient, and she is also a damn good teacher. She greeted my family, me, and our guests warmly. As she introduced her self she gave us a brief bio on her expertise as well as the history of the animals we met at the property. It quickly became very clear that the animals are meticulously cared for and protected. Tammy was accompanied by another ranch hand Marcella who also was very patient and kind to the kids, giving them instruction while leading them around the arena. I would highly recommend Tullun Ranch for a small intimate kid's birthday party but now I'm considering Tammy and her team to teach my kids how to ride horses. She provided an experience that they won't soon forget, and neither will I. Thank you Tammy.
I would recommend RIMS in a heartbeat! Driving has been the biggest fear of my life, I am a 33-year-old woman who was afraid of driving and at some point, I thought I would never overcome that fear. Last October I started my classes with RIMS, all of them with Suzanne and I can't thank her enough. She not only taught me to pass my driving test but also to become a confident driver for years to come. I never thought I would pick up driving so fast and not in my wildest dreams I thought I'd enjoy driving as much as I am! I passed my driving test with a perfect score all thanks to Suzanne's teachings and helping me feel confident. It's been 2 months since I got my license and I find myself behind the wheel remembering Suzanne's tips and teachings. My wife and I looked for a contractor to replace four windows, the wood siding and add insulation to the second floor of the front of our house. We wanted a quality job, we didn’t look for the cheapest contractor. The house is about 130 years old and nothing is level, plumb or square. Brian came to do the estimate. He listened to our concerns and gave us suggestions which we agreed to.Jason came before the work started to make sure all of the supplies were delivered. The windows were delayed so the project started a couple of weeks later than expected. Once the job started we were impressed by the workmanship, attention to major and minor details.The project took a couple of days longer than they estimated. I think this happened because of the age of our house and that everythings took longer to do than they expected. I worried that if this happened to another contractor they would cut corners to keep on schedule but they didn’t cut any corners. They cleaned everything up at the end of each day.We were taking a month-long trip and left before the job was completed. One of the many nice touches was that Jason sent us photos so we could see the completed project.We have two more sides of our house that we want the windows and siding replaced and ZIP System R-sheathing installed. We will be getting another estimate from Brian for these jobs.We highly recommend Brian Hommel based on our experience with them.

Mike and his team are great. We had gutters and leaf guards installed. Mike's communication was timely and clear. Their scheduling was *fast!* And the team onsite worked hard and efficiently and cared about returning the yard to the way they found it. Really appreciated that last bit of attention to detail.

We bought a house whose main staircase was open on one side and needed a banister installed. It was a pretty weird setup, with a crawlspace between the floors to get around and a partial banister at the top. The owner, Gene, came by and took measurements, said no sweat about the eccentric curve that'd be needed for the rail at the top to get around the crawlspace, and gave us what felt like a fair estimate. He told me it'd be about five weeks before the woodwork was finished, and right around that time after the deposit was paid, it was ready for installation. The crew did the job and cleaned up well. We're thrilled with how the banister looks and works.As others have suggested, it can take a little effort to get on their roster. But they're busy because they're good and because there aren't a lot of places around that specialize in what they do. I had to be a little persistent to get the initial visit, and it was worth the trouble.
On a Sunday morning we had an enormous deciduous tree fall across the driveway, with a huge canopy blocking the exit. Someone desperately needed to get out to get to the airport for a business trip. Lawless, first off, answered the phone at 10 am on this Sunday morning, and then they sent someone within the hour to clear the driveway. They did a beautiful job. We are forever grateful.

I'm broken. Everything on me hurts. Chronic lower back pain - sciatic pain- joint pain - ugh you name it, it hurts. Anyway I was visiting my son in Saugerties in August. Before I flew there, I had a headache for over a week. Stopped for a day or two and came back in NY. I got an appointment here because I was desperate. I'm pretty much over chiropractors because they've NEVER been able to help me with my back or sciatic pain and I've spent way too much money on them. So he does my neck (next day the pain is gone). The cool part was that he was interested in why my back pain has never been helped. He agreed that maybe the drs doing the same adjustments over and over aren't working because that's not the problem. (Can't do the same thing over and over expecting different results!!) He inspected me and thought maybe it's my hips - showed me how I'm more flexible on one side. Did an adjustment and gave me a bit more movement on the dumb side. The part that sucks is that he is in New York. I would definitely see him more often. He is the ONLY Dr I've seen that gave a s$&t and tried to really figure out what the problem could be. He offered to send a note to any Chiro here to explain. I didn't take him up on that yet but I probably won't. Every other place just had it set in their minds what was wrong even when told whatever they're doing isn't helping me. I know I'll see him next time I go there. Real nice guy, real nice receptionist

Helpful and kind! Never rude. Took my dog there 15 years before he passed. Now my cat is a patient. Good and sometimes untraditional treatments. Herbal medicine helped my dog when he hurt his neck and poor thing cried in pain until taking cervical formula powder. When we came back a second visit because the problem wasn't immediately obvious they didn't charge me a week later when the solution was found. Offered holistic medicine for my cats hot spots and dietary suggestions such as feeding her duck. I have tried other vets since moving outside the village and was consistently disappointed to say the least. Excellent veterinary services at Saugerties Animal Hospital!
