I looked up the name of the closet system, found the closest dealer, and it was Catskill Custom Closets.I emailed them asking if they had built this closet and if they could help me find this part. Jay wrote back same day, said they hadn't installed the closet, but gave me the part numbers and names I needed, with a lot of detail, even though he wasn't able to sell me the parts directly. He stood to make no money, but took time on his weekend to help me out.This is the kind of customer service you simply do not see these days. Based on this experience, I can only imagine that Jay and his team will be amazing to work with on a project.“
