Dave put a new roof on my house and replaced the soffit, baffles, and ridge vent. Before we signed the contract he spent alot of time explaining my options and how the additional work was important to improve attic ventilation. The other two contractors who came to bid on the job didn't mention any other improvements and didn't even go in the house. Dave actually went into the attic twice with me to show me why he was making the recommendations. I am very happy with the work Dave did.

Called David and he took good care of me. The roof repair looks great!! The vents that I needed were installed perfectly!!! I plan on having him do inside updating of my house.
